This quaint home in Fallbrook needed a spare bathroom remodel! The 9-foot mirror that spanned across the bathroom vanity had to be removed we replaced it by installing two oval medicine cabinet mirrors. We also installed a new granite vanity top with dual undermount sinks a set of widespread faucets, chrome light fixtures, and on the opposing wall matching towel racks.

The factory trim of the two oval mirrors was also the wrong color and didn’t match the look the homeowner was going for. They had more of a rosey/pewter tone than the silver/chrome theme the homeowner was looking for. To correct this we carefully masked off and applied 6 coats of Chrome spray paint and a clear top coat, they came out perfectly!

Next, we had to deal with some old, incorrectly finished drywall patches that needed to be fixed. We knocked down the uneven texture, applied a skim coat to smooth out the surface, lightly sanded the re-patched areas, and then retextured and repainted. Then we finished it all up with some minor carpentry work: prepainting and installing the baseboards.
